Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for delivery or collection.

Delivery in Riyadh - 70 SAR flat rate

We deliver anywhere in Riyadh city for a flat 70 SAR, including bathtubs and large items. Delivery is normally completed within 2-5 business days after processing.

Free Collection from our Riyadh Showroom

Order online and collect your items free of charge from our Riyadh showroom. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection, normally within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Outside Riyadh

Our products are heavy ceramics and acrylic, so delivery beyond Riyadh requires a dedicated freight service arranged individually for each order. The rate shown at checkout for other cities is a standard freight rate; after you place your order we will confirm the exact freight arrangement for your city, and if the actual cost is lower than what you paid, we will refund you the difference. You are also welcome to contact us at unarihome@gmail.com with your city and the items you need before ordering, and we will quote the exact freight cost in advance.

For orders of 10 pieces or more, we deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, public holidays, or logistics disruptions. We will keep you informed of any significant delay to your order.
